The experience begins with a nice walk in the vineyard, where you'll get to know the 5 different grape varieties and appreciate the work done in the different seasons. The visit continues in the cellar: you'll be welcomed by the aromas of fermenting and aging wine. Here, Massimiliano or Luca will tell you everything about the treatment that the grapes receive, from winemaking to bottling. You'll then be guided into a wine tasting session, in which you will discover the floral aromas in the white wines and those of ripe fruit in the macerates typical of this area. Finally, a small refreshment with local products (meats and cheeses). Upon request, and in season, you can book a short vine pruning lesson.
You’ll need comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking in the countryside. If you have any allergy or food intolerance please tell us as there will be a light snack during the experience
• Available days: by reservation, only afternoon every day except Sunday

FROM WOOL TO FELT
Lucia, felt maker
During the experience, the artisan will explain the various stages of wool processing, starting with the production of sheep's wool by small local farmers in Valsugana. In particular, the processing of carded wool and the subsequent transformation into felt will be proposed. The artisan will explain the path of raw wool from washing to carding using a special tool. After a short break with an organic snack you will go on with the design and construction of a personalized felt hat or alternatively a felt seat / seat cover, suitable for all seasons and all uses. You can choose your favorite hat model and add decorations with various colors wools, that can also be used for the seat cover.
