Hazels, olive trees, and century-old chestnut trees are the treasure that Antonella found on her grandparents’ land when she started her agricultural business in 2013. Fruit trees and vegetable gardens were then added to the typical horticulture of the Caprarola area. This gave Antonella the chance to create special recipes for fruit mostarde and medicinal herbs, freshly picked and transformed into her fragrant and savory “Erbe Magiche” mix.
Antonella and her daughter Camilla are waiting for you in Caprarola to teach you all about their medicinal herbs and biscuit recipes, and to taste local products for lunch or dinner.
