I am a felt maker and a milliner who has turned her passion for hats in my job. My creations are unique pieces made by hand following ancient techniques and tools of the past. I produce hats, hairstyles for ceremony and special events but also fashion accessories and home decorations. The techniques I use are those of the craft felt, where wool is felted by hand with hot water and soap, and the technique of classical millinery where cones of felt and straw are shaped on wooden forms, precious objects and at the same time beautiful working tools to collect. My lab is the place where I gather inspiration, tools and materials that I love, it is my bubble of space and time where my mind goes blank and leaves open space to creativity.
