I'm Mariagrazia, and manual skills related to yarn has always been one of my greatest passions. Moving from Lombardy to Umbria, I learned the handmade weaving, and I felt in love with it. In fact during a textile exhibition I saw an ancient loom. I was completely fascinated by the object itself and the twine of threads.
In that moment my path towards learning has began, and my perseverance and my huge willingness to experiment led me to what I do currently. My products are not the traditional one. By using ancient techniques and natural yarns I create woven that match present tastes.
You can find my atelier in the city center of Gubbio, in a unique medieval context. There is where I work with my manual loom at 4/8 heddles, and where you can see and try the charm of the loom and of weaving.
