Adelia begins her adventure in the world of distillates in the 1980s, pursuing the goal of always offering high quality products whlist maintaining the roots of the Friulian tradition.
She soon realized that her passion was in another field, the chocolate one. She then decided to follow her dream to make a product that blended her passion for chocolate with a typical spirit of our region: grappa. With the help of a master chocolatier, the pralina alla grappa was born, starting the homonymous company, which became an recognized as an artisanal lab in 2007.
Adelia continues to produce high quality products, carefully selecting the best raw materials and always looking for new flavors to use and create true tasty delights for the palate: from the distillates (including the delicious bitterness inspired by an old recipe from our mountains) to the chocolate, all deliciously crafted.
